1) Seller is super responsive. At first the eye color was wrong and in less than 24 hours they sent a corrected proof. 2) It is made in China so it will take a little longer to get to US (like 10 days), but well worth it. I bought as a gift for a friend, and he loves it! I bought a separate frame on Amazon as the framed versions were too expensive plus I wanted to choose the color and style. A regular 8 x 10 frame will suit the 8 x 10 portrait. Much thanks to the seller!

First, I was nervous to order this thinking it would look fake or that the picture wouldn't be good quality. I was WRONG! It is perfect. It even arrived sooner then expected. They even included a smaller picture that I was not expecting! I am so excited to give this gift to my sister! 10/10 Would recommend!

This is my first time writing a review! This company is AMAZING!!! Loved the first time they sent the proofs to make sure I would like the product! Loved the proof so much I decided I wanted a bigger picture. They were great about directing me on how to order the two larger pictures. I misread and did it twice in which they refunded me right away for the overpayment. Our older dog Paris I thought maybe her original picture made her look little to boyish they adjusted the picture. When we received it the pictures in the mail it was packaged perfectly to make sure no harm was done to the pictures. They even added a larger picture of the two of them together for our upgraded purchase. We love the pictures and so did our babies. From the artwork, delivery and the WONDERFUL customer service I can’t wait to work with them again!! If I was able to give them 100 stars I would. So worth the money!

I never reviews, but I had to leave a review for this. I am absolutely obsessed with how this picture came out of my fur baby. He looks so regal he needs to be sitting next to the Mona Lisa. Will definitely be coming back to purchase again.

We lost a very special fur baby and had them make him into a king. He was a rescue so his age was unknown but he was the sweetest dog I have ever met he did take care of my dad till my dad passed so when I received this phone I couldn’t help but to cry because everything on it was perfect ❤️

This is such an awesome painting. Our brother dog passed away a couple weeks before christmas. Our little family wanted to do something special for our brother.
